RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Our supplier provides us with quality products at very reasonable prices. It is against their policy to accept returns, exchange products and provide refunds on sold items. Therefore, we respectfully request that you carefully select the items you order and contact our Customer Service Department with any unanswered questions you may have about a product prior to placing your order so that you are comfortable with purchases you make from Discount Saddle and Tack.

We take great pride in both the products and service we provide and are confident you will be pleased with both the products and service you receive from Discount Saddle and Tack, and don't anticipate a need to make exchanges. Knowing this, if, in an extraordinarily unusual circumstance, a return or exchange is justified, the customer shall notify Discount Saddle and Tack - Customer Service Department, by e-mail, advising of the specific problem with subject product purchased which they believe justifies an exchange or refund. Discount Saddle and Tack will fairly consider a justifiable cause to accept or exchange the product. Please note: The customer must have approval, in the form of our Customer Service Department's e-mail message prior to taking any action to return a product. If and when we approve and confirm, by documented (e-mail) communication, that we will accept the return shall the Customer return the item for follow-up action.

Please Note: If Discount Saddle and Tack agrees to accept a product return, the item must be returned to the Shipper's address in its original packaging and/or containers, along with all documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and/or accessories and be received at the Shipper's Address prior to a requested exchange or credit to the customer's account. Additionally, some shipping, handling, and/or a restocking fee (of $15.00 per item) may be charged against any funds due the Customer.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any returned item if that item and/or its packaging are not in their original condition and will return such item to you. If you reject that return shipment, we reserve the right to withhold credit. You are reminded that neither Discount Saddle and Tack nor our supplier are liable for damage incurred during shipment; that is the responsibility of the Carrier.

Any approved return items must be sent back to us via an insured method such as FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. Under no circumstances will Discount Saddle and Tack or the supplier accept any returns via COD. We apologize but we cannot, under any circumstances, accept a returned item after fifteen (15) days of their receipt at the shipping address, and/or any items not in unused and original condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns received without the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused and original condition

Reminder: If an item is damaged during shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the Carrier (and Discount Saddle and Tack) within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, FedEx or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
